Where to find support
When something weighs on you, you don't have to carry it alone.

A personality check describes tendencies. It can't see how you are doing right now. If worries, low mood or exhaustion have been with you for a while, they deserve care in their own right.
Talk to a doctor or a professional if
- you've felt low, hopeless or unable to enjoy things on most days for two weeks or more;
- worry or anxiety is with you most of the time and hard to switch off;
- you are exhausted even after enough sleep, or you can't sleep;
- your mood or energy has changed a lot and it worries you or the people close to you.
Your GP or family doctor is a good first step. They can check for common causes and refer you on if needed.
